**DE JOB**:
Om haar teams te versterken is de afdeling “Annual Capacity Management” op zoek naar een Project Capacity Analyst. Deze staat concreet in voor het beheer van TCR's (Temporary Capacity Restrictions) op nationale lijnen evenals de opmaak van een aangepaste dienstregeling.

Concreet heb je de volgende taken:

- Je levert en realiseert tijdens de New Path Request-fase capaciteitsanalyses voor Major, High en Medium TCR's.
- Je levert en realiseert analyses met een te voorziene impact om de werken beter te coördineren en de klanten beter te informeren.
- Je verzekert de opvolging en levert ondersteuning tijdens robuustheidsanalyses in het kader van aanpassingen als gevolg van werken (en werkt hiervoor samen met het team Robustness testing).
- Je ontwikkelt capaciteitsmodellen voor de verschillende TCR-periodes.
- Je zoekt en formuleert voorstellen om een optimaal evenwicht te verzekeren tussen de interne behoeften en die van onze klanten (en werkt hiervoor samen met het team Long Term Work Planning).
- Je verleent ondersteuning tijdens analyses van de fasering van grote infrastructuurprojecten.
- Je werkt samen met de teams International Affairs, Long Term Timetabling North en Long Term Timetabling South.
- Je neemt deel aan vergaderingen en vertegenwoordigt ons departement op overlegmomenten met spoorwegondernemingen, infrastructuurbeheerders in buurlanden en andere internationale diensten.
- Je controleert de bezettingsgraad tijdens werken.

Het betreft een functie van het niveau Rang 3, en van klasse 7 volgens het New Reward Plan (NRP).

**Deze proef is toegankelijk voor bedienden van de Belgische Spoorwegen met volgende toegangsvoorwaarden**

**Referentiegraad : Adviseur, Industrieel Ingenieur, Burgerlijk Ingenieur**
- Houders van deze graden.

**Referentiegraad: Bureauchef**
- Houders van de graad van Bureauchef.(R3)
- Houders van de graad van Onderbureauchef (R4+).

**Diploma**
- Je beschikt over een masterdiploma of je hebt een gelijkwaardige ervaring

**Technische competenties**
- Je hebt kennis van capaciteitsstudies en/of planning.
- Je bent IT minded: je bent in staat om de planningstools die binnen de afdeling worden gebruikt, goed onder de knie te krijgen.
- Een eerste ervaring in het opstellen van vereisten met betrekking tot IT-tools is een pluspunt.
- Je hebt kennis van de ISO 9001-normen en weet de processen volgens deze normen toe te passen.
- Kennis van Infrabel en zijn spoorwegondernemingen, van de dienstregelingen (reizigerstreinen) en goederenstromen.
- Ervaring inzake planning en uitvoering van infrastructuurwerken en de exploitatie van het treinverkeer zijn een grote troef

Binnen de directie Customer & Business Excellence (I-CBE) is de afdeling “Annual Capacity Management” onder meer verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie van werken en het treinverkeer. De afdeling heeft als doel een optimaal evenwicht te verzekeren tussen, enerzijds, de werken voor het onderhoud, de vernieuwing en de uitbreiding van het spoornet en, anderzijds, een regelmatige en kwaliteitsvolle treindienstregeling voor onze klanten, namelijk de spoorwegondernemingen.

De werkzetel bevindt zich vlakbij het station Brussel-Zuid.
