Binnen dit team zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste manager.Als “Head of Onboarding” maak je deel uit van het Operation Management Team en rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de COO BeNeLux.
**Jouw Functie**:
- Als Manager ben je verantwoordelijk van het departement B2C Onboarding binnen Operations. Je verzorgt de coaching, organisatie, en opvolging van je 2 team leaders die elk een team coachen van ongeveer 15 medewerkers
- Je staat in voor het behalen van de commerciële resultaten gelinkt aan je activiteiten. Samen met je team leaders zorg je voor een commerciële benadering van onze klanten met, naast het commerciële, ook oog voor kwaliteit
- Je staat permanent in contact met de commerciële diensten binnen ons bedrijf en werkt op dagelijkse basis nauw met hen samen om zo doel te bepalen, op te volgen en te evalueren
- Je moedigt continue ontwikkeling aan en ondersteunt je medewerkers hierin. Door het team op een dynamische en creatieve manier te leiden, verhoog je de betrokkenheid van de medewerkers en motiveer je hen de doelstellingen te behalen. Die prioriteiten en doelstellingen worden door jou dan ook duidelijk gecommuniceerd en opgevolgd
- In het kader van continue ontwikkeling, ben je actief betrokken bij het verbeteren van onze procedures, samen met je collega’s in het managementteam.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het op poten stellen van de organisatie en deze, indien nodig, consequent aan te passen aan de veranderingen van de markt

- Je bent een geboren salesmanager en beschikt over sterke leiderschapskwaliteiten en vaardigheden op gebied van organisatie
- Je bent resultaatgericht
- Je beschikt over een analytische geest en een flexibele minsdet waarbij je open staat voor veranderingJe kan communiceren op een vlotte en transparante manier
- Je hebt ervaring met de financiële sector
- Je spreekt vloeiend Frans, Nederlands en hebt goede noties van het Engels
- Je haalt je motivatie uit het behalen van resultaten, het omhoog tillen van je team en het verhogen van de klantentevredenheid.
