**Your role at NSI**
As an Odoo Project Manager, you will manage ERP implementation projects for our customers, ensuring their success from A to Z. Based in Tournai, you will be the driving force behind each new project.
**Your job will involve:
- Defining and structuring projects: developing project objectives, scope, plan and timetable.
- Ensuring accurate budgetary and administrative monitoring: keeping the project within budget and on time, while ensuring rigorous reporting.
- Coordinating and energising the project team: ensuring optimum distribution of tasks and compliance with key milestones.
- Managing customer relations: acting as the main point of contact for customers, from the launch meeting through to closing.
- Anticipating and managing changes in scope: adjusting resources and the project framework to meet changing needs.
**Job requirements**:
**This function is for you because**
- You have at least 6 years' experience in project management, ideally in IT and ERP.
- You have a very good technical understanding of project methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and are familiar with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- You have an excellent understanding of budgetary and administrative management processes.
- You know how to coordinate and unite a team, ensuring effective collaboration that is aligned with objectives.
- You are proactive, autonomous, structured and rigorous in everything you do.
- You are fluent in French and English, and a knowledge of Dutch is a plus for interacting with our customers in Belgium.
