**Description du job**:
Notre client est un **acteur majeur** dans la **gestion du fret** lors d’escale pour les compagnies aériennes et les aéroports.

Présent à l’international, notre client possède **deux entrepôts en Belgique** : un ancré à Bruxelles et un en fort développement à Liège.

Pour remplacer la HRBP durant son congé de maternité, notre client s’associe à Proselect dans la recherche d’un.e:
**HRBP - Interim Management (H/F/X)**Votre défi **:

- Des projets RH et de l’opérationnel- En tant qu’HRBP ad interim, vous êtes en charge de toutes les
- **thématiques liées aux Ressources Humaines**, plutôt orientées soft qu’hard:
- **Le recrutement**
- des employés - directement ou via un partenaire privilégié
- des ouvriers (à titre d’exemple, une vingtaine de nouveaux manutentionnaires sont attendus en septembre) - contacts avec les agences d’intérim
- Etre le **bras droit du responsable de site**:

- Apporter du **support à la Management team** - notamment en organisant chaque semaine une réunion de suivi RH avec chaque manager de service
- **Gérer les relations syndicales** et participer notamment au CE, au CPPT et en réunion de délégation syndicale
- Participer à la création et à la **stratégie RH** ;
- Gérer les contacts avec des **services externes** (projet d’optimisation des agences d’intérim, fournisseurs divers pour les assessments et le recrutement, )**Vos talents**:

- Autonomie, rigueur et prise d’initiatives- Vous êtes le profil recherché si:
- Vous avez idéalement un **Master en Ressources Humaines** ;
- Vous avez une **expérience probante** dans une fonction similaire (en tant que consultant ou salarié) : gestion des syndicats, stratégie RH, support au management ;
- Vous avez un **niveau B1/B2 en anglais** et une **base en néerlandais** (siège basé à Bruxelles) ;
- Vous avez une connaissance de la **législation sociale** et plus spécifiquement dans les **CP 226 et 140** ;
- Vous avez déjà dû mener des **recrutements** ;
- Vous êtes **discipliné, organisé, à l’aise avec les reportings et doté d’une personnalité dynamique et proactive** ;
- Vous êtes disponible **full time ou** du moins **3-4 jours/semaine.**Notre offre**:
