**Dit is jouw topjob**:
Het team Health Care beheert de hospitalisatieplannen voor KMO bedrijven en hun werknemers. In dit team wordt nauw samengewerkt om voor elke klant een optimale dienstverlening te leveren. Om het team Health Care KMO binnen de afdeling ‘Employee Benefits’ in Brussel te versterken, zijn wij op zoek naar een** Teamleader Health Care KMO (m/v).**
- Je leidt en coördineert een team van 8 medewerkers (Plan Administrator en Expert Plan Administrator) met als doel binnen de afgesproken termijnen aan de noden van onze klanten te beantwoorden.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse organisatie en het beheer van het team (verlofplanning, verdeling van de taken, waken over de permanentie).
- Je stimuleert de ontwikkeling van de medewerkers door het organiseren van vormingen, coachingsgesprekken en evaluatiemomenten, en door met hen objectieven en persoonlijke ontwikkelingsplannen op te stellen.
- Je waakt over een duidelijke communicatie en sterke groepsgeest om zo tot een goed geolied, gemotiveerd en bekwaam team te komen.
- Je stimuleert de ‘Continuous Improvement’-spirit in het team (o.a. via floormeetings) en verzamelt de nodige info om de manier van werken te verbeteren en te rapporteren aan de hiërarchie.
- Je bent het referentiecontact voor de klanten (en hun commercieel contactpunt) uit onze portefeuille en je zet in op interactieve communicatie en het opbouwen van een vertrouwensrelatie.
- Je weet gevoelige of complexe dossiers te deblokkeren, in samenwerking met de Expert Plan Administrator. Indien nodig neem je contact op met de gepaste diensten.

**Dit ben jij helemaal**:

- Je bent goed tweetalig Nederlands/Frans.
- Je hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring in de verzekeringswereld (bij voorkeur in groepsverzekering - Health Care - Leven) of in een gelijkaardige functie.
- Je kent je weg in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word).
- Je bent enthousiast, klant
- en resultaatgericht en je neemt graag proactief initiatieven.
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd; je kan de controle en opvolging van de activiteiten bewaken en beheren.
- Je bent communicatief en legt gemakkelijk contacten om een team te beheren.
- Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een diploma Bachelor/Master of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
