Notre client, un leader et une référence dans le secteur des assurances en Belgique, recherche un(e) HR planner. Vous tenez compte des besoins de l'entreprise et des employés afin d’assurer une planification optimale des employés pour chaque équipe.

**Responsabilités**:
Vous établissez le planning des employés du centre d’appels ;
Vous évaluez les besoins et analysez le planning quotidiennement et hebdomadairement ;
Vous êtes responsable de la bonne communication des plannings aux parties concernés et dans les délais imparties ;
Vous gérez toutes les absences, demandes de congés et les changements en concertation avec les responsables ;
Vous planifiez de manière détaillée les formations, les cours, les réunions destinés aux employés, etc.;
Vous proposez proactivement des améliorations pour un fonctionnement plus efficace ;
Vous intervenez aux heures de pointe pour aider vos collègues.

**Profil souhaité**:
Vous avez une expérience similaire en tant que gestionnaire de planning, de préférence dans un environnement de centre d'appels ;
Vous êtes bilingue néerlandais, français ;
Vous êtes assertif et avez un excellent relationnel ;
Vous pouvez communiquer ouvertement et clairement ;
Vous pouvez travailler de manière autonome ;
Vous êtes très structuré et organisé ;
Vous avez une excellente maitrise d’Excel.

**Offre**:
Contrat CDI ;
35h/semaine, travail 9 jours sur 10 ;

Vous recevrez bien sûr une formation sur le tas et, après la période d'initiation, vous pourrez travailler de manière hybride (50 % de travail à domicile) ;
