**Position**: HR Officer (Joblevel 8)**
Reports to the Human Resources Manager.
**Main tasks and result areas**:
As an HR Superhero(s) at Prothya Biosolutions, you are the person everyone runs to with all their HR-related questions From managing our HR mailbox to keeping up with all the changes in our payroll, you are the hub that keeps everything running smoothly. Not only are you the brains behind our onboarding and offboarding processes, but you also organize the most epic onboarding sessions for our new heroes.
Unstoppable, are you? But wait, there’s more You’re the go-to person for all our managers and employees when they have questions about company schedules, leave requests or how to use those tricky HR tools. And let’s not forget the epic HR updates for our executives - you’re the rock star they need
But you know what’s really cool? You’re not only an administrative genius, but also an innovator. You’ll help set up and improve our HR processes, allowing us to be more efficient than ever before. And as icing on the cake, you also contribute to various HR projects, because you just can’t stop improving the world around you.
