Sluit je aan bij ons Human Resources-team en coördineer ondersteun hen bij het opzetten en coördineren van eende uitrol van het opleidingsplan van ons agentschap.

hub.brussels, dat is het Brussels agentschap voor ondersteuning aan het bedrijfsleven. We helpen de Brusselse ondernemers bij de opstart, ontwikkeling en internationalisatie van hun projecten. Maar ook buitenlandse ondernemers schieten we te hulp wanneer ze zich in onze wondermooie regio willen vestigen.
In totaal zijn we met een 350-tal collega’s (ook wel de hubsters genoemd). Net zoals jij zijn we, stuk voor stuk, gepassioneerd door wat we doen en staan we met veel enthousiasme klaar om te begeleiden, te motiveren en te ondersteunen waar nodig.

**Jouw team**:
Als Learning and Development Coordinator (“Attaché - HR Coordinator”) kom je terecht in het 12-koppig HR-team bij de afdeling Corporate Services.
De BU HR is georganiseerd in 5 teams met specifieke opdrachten:
- Salaris
- en personeelsadministratie
- Verwerving van vaardigheden
- Competentieontwikkeling
- Projectbeheer,
- Internationaal netwerk
**Jouw taken**:
Als **HR Coordinator** moet je:
- De belangrijkste uitdagingen van de cluster in kaart brengen en vertalen in operationele doelstellingen
- Het team coördineren dat op dezelfde thematiek/in dezelfde cluster werkt: verlof, evaluaties, enz. valideren
- Verantwoordelijk zijn voor de resultaten van de cluster en de werkzaamheden van het team coördineren
- Hr-projecten initiëren, leiden en er actief aan deelnemen, inclusief alle relevante materies van de betrokken cluster
- De hr-processen voor het hele Agentschap ondersteunen, rekening houdend met de specifieke kenmerken van elke afdeling
- Proactieve oplossingen aanreiken om het Agentschap te ondersteunen bij de werking van haar eigen organisatie
- Deelnemen aan het aanwervingsbeleid als voorzitter van de selectiecomités
- Deelnemen aan de algemene operationele werking van HR.
- Een actieve rol spelen in het bereiken van de strategische HR-doelstellingen en ervoor zorgen dat de strategische visie van de cluster in lijn is met die van de Raad van Bestuur
Als **HR Coordinator voor de cluster Learning & Development** moet je:
- Een opleidings
- en ontwikkelingsbeleid opstellen in overleg met de afdelingsdirecteuren door:
- de behoeften van de verschillende teams te analyseren en hoogwaardige individuele of groepsopleidingen voor te stellen;
- de vaardigheden te identificeren die binnen het Agentschap en zijn teams moeten worden ontwikkeld.
- Ervoor zorgen dat innovatieve opleidingen worden aangeboden, zowel wat betreft de behandelde onderwerpen als de voorgestelde formats.
- Hoogwaardige opleidingsorganisaties identificeren die de verschillende geïdentificeerde opleidingen het best kunnen organiseren. Deze marktanalyse wordt uitgevoerd in overeenstemming met de Wet inzake overheidsopdrachten.
- Toezicht houden op het goede verloop van opleidingen en regelmatige evaluaties organiseren om ervoor te zorgen dat ze aan de verwachtingen en behoeften voldoen.
- Dit werk uitvoeren in samenwerking met een opleidingsassistent, die werkt onder jouw supervisie.
- Het budget bewaken en ervoor zorgen dat het opleidingsbudget eerlijk wordt verdeeld over de verschillende afdelingen.

**Dit moet je zeker kunnen/hebben**:
- ** In het bezit zijn van een masterdiploma (bij voorkeur in hr-management, arbeidswetenschappen, sociaal recht, bedrijfsbeheer).**:
- ** Minimaal twee jaar ervaring hebben in een gelijkaardige functie.**:
- **Een buitenlands diploma? Bezorg ons dan een door een van de gemeenschappen van de Belgische staat erkend gelijkwaardigheidsattest.**:
- ** Vlot minstens een van de landstalen (Nederlands/Frans) spreken en bereid zijn om de tweede taal te leren.
