Knauf Insulation is focused on the development of its workers. In turn, employees are also increasingly demanding training. It is in this context that Knauf Insulation is looking for a **Training and Development Officer**.
**Your mission and responsibilities**
As a Training and Development Officer, your job is to equip staff with the knowledge, practical skills and motivation to carry out their work activities effectively. Your job is to support managers and individuals translate development needs into impactful learning paths. **You will be a coach for people and a learning booster for the organisation**
Concretely, you will:
- Support the **implementation of the Learning and Development strategy** to prepare and upskill our workforce and our organization for the challenges to come. This means developing a global L&D strategy for all levels of KI responsibilities.
- Contribute actively to deploying the engagement campaign and the solutions to **engage workforce **and **build** **a great place to work.**:
- Make sure we are **breathing “Diversity and Inclusion”** throughout the organisation
- Propose solutions and help implement them to **optimize the L&D process** and digitalize it.
- **Help the organization**, managers and individuals identify training and development needs through data analysis, job analysis and appraisal outcome.
- Research **new technologies, methodologies in workplace learning, developments in training** by reading, going to meetings and attending courses.
- Participate to the **implementation of a new LMS platform**, coordinate the migration of data and programs to offer an **employee-centric learning approach**.
- Support the launch and facilitate the **introduction of colleagues** on the LMS e-learning platform.
- **Track and record** the learning activities in our LMS, contributing to the HR dashboard.

**Your team**
You integrate an HR team of 10 people. Your manager is Katrien Wakana.
**Katrien is full of energy and positivity**. She loves creative and imaginative people, with a vision. **Your skills and qualities**
Some theory
- You have at least a Bachelor's degree and several years of experience in a similar role.
- You can speak and write fluently in English (mandatory) and French (optional).
- Your previous knowledge of Learning Management Systems is appreciated.
But above all(soft skills are a must for us)
