**OMSCHRIJVING**

Ons HR Talent departement is op zoek naar een Talent & Learning Partner. Je maakt deel uit van het Talentteam en jouw rol bestaat er hoofdzakelijk in de business te ondersteunen in het bepalen en implementeren van talentgerelateerde projecten/programma's van de businessanalyse tot de roll-out.

Als Talent & Learning Partner beantwoord je aan de behoeften van de business op het vlak van talentbeheer, opleiding en organisatorische ontwikkeling zodat onze werknemers en onze organisatie zich optimaal kunnen ontwikkelen en zich kunnen positioneren als een echte 'Learning Organisation'.

Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:
Je werkt nauw samen met de andere Talent & Learning Partners, de Head of Talent en de Talent & Learning Manager om de globale strategie van het team te bepalen en je deelt je best practices.

Je ontwikkelt (of je werkt aan de ontwikkeling/lancering van) de strategie voor talentbeheer van uw BU. Daarvoor past u de 2 strategische processen toe, namelijk ODP en OTR in uw BU.

ODP: In overleg met de business en de HRBP spoor je de competenties en vaardigheden op die moeten worden ontwikkeld met betrekking tot de toekomstige strategische projecten en om de businessdoelstellingen van de BU te bereiken (transversale gedrags
- of technische competenties). Je geeft door welke competenties er eventueel ontbreken in onze bestaande catalogus.

OTR: In overleg met de business en de HRBP identificeer je de talentenvijvers om de continuïteit van de business te garanderen voor de Senior Mgt-functies en de kritische Expertiseposities.

In nauwe samenwerking met het Talent Experts-team ontwikkel je vervolgens actieplannen en doelgerichte en pasklare Talent
- en L&D-oplossingen via een waaier van innoverende en digitale methodes voorgesteld door het team van Talent Experts.

Je controleert met de HRBP of de voorgestelde actieplannen aansluiten bij de realiteit op het terrein.

Je volgt de uitvoering van die actieplannen en je analyseert en interpreteert de resultaten stapsgewijs om de kwaliteit van de geleverde oplossingen te garanderen.

Met het volledige Talentteam werk je mee aan de ontwikkeling van transversale projecten.

Je volgt de tendensen van de markt op het vlak van Talent Management-strategie met het oog op permanente ontwikkeling en innovatie.

Profiel
- Je hebt goede sociale en communicatievaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- Je kan actief luisteren, hebt empathie en diplomatie.
- Je hebt een goed stakeholder management: je kan je in de plaats stellen van een (interne of externe) klant, zijn of haar behoeften aanvoelen en uitzoeken wat de optimale manier is om met hem of haar te communiceren.
- Je hebt een strategische en conceptuele visie.
- Je staat open voor nieuwe benaderingen en je begeleidt verandering.
- Je bent stressbestendig.
- Je hebt een eerste ervaring in HR en Talent Management, Learning of recruitment.
- Je hebt vaardigheden in projectbeheer.
- Je drukt je vlot uit in het Frans en in het Nederlands.
