Your Role and Responsibilities
As an HR process and Change Manager Consultant, you'll work right at the intersection of technology, people, and process, helping our clients transform how they adapt to shifts in the market, and more closely align their business strategy and vision. You'll help clients understand leading technologies and the impact they can have on traditional business processes, as well as an opportunity to build a powerful portfolio of interesting and rewarding experiences. In your role, you may be responsible for:
- Supporting a global Organisation Change Management or HR Transformation engagements within ERP implementation, Process Transformation, M&A or Strategic Outsourcing context
- Working with key stakeholders to establish and maintain the commitment necessary to address workforce transition challenges that might arise and implement change deliverables
- Aligning Case for Change and Change Management strategy to overall organisational/project goals
- Ensuring high quality and timely execution of communication plans and strategies by on-time design and development of quality communication collaterals
- Supporting training efforts by managing the development and deployment of training materials using effective training channels
- Contributing to the development and evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital, including articles, whitepapers, training materials and methodology guides
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
We are looking for a professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a(n) HR Consultant or a Change Manager Consultant (in the HR area) with:
- a very good understanding of HR processes and the different types of operating models, and optimisation options;
- excellent communication skills, and the capacity to:
- mobilise Change Agent network
- conduct stakeholder assessment
- serve as client interface
- excellent analytical skills to among others:
- conduct impact analysis and structure Change Management strategies and plans
- structure and develop End User Training Curriculum and Templates
- conduct train-the-trainer program
- readiness to learn the IBM methodologies such as Design Thinking, Garage etc and to infuse them into the projects and support adoption.
- fluent in Dutch and English
