**Key tasks & activities**

As an SAP HR Consultant, you'll translate clients' HR challenges into IT requirements using SAP's latest technologies.
- Provide SAP expertise to clients, offering solutions aligned with business needs and processes.
- Execute functional changes, including projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Assist the Team leader in estimation processes.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables and adhere to agreed planning and estimations.
- Resolve issues within SLA guidelines and proactively communicate risks to the team leader.

**Product & Functional Expertise (2-3 years)**
- Good knowledge in PA/OM, HR tables, and HR objects.
- Strong ABAP debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Analyze and document system interface requirements.
- Experience in SAP Web Dynpro ABAP, POWL, BADIs, Smartforms, and HCM Forms and Processes.
- Good understanding of SAP HR modules PA, OM; Basic Understanding of modules Time, Payroll
- Familiarity with change management processes and enterprise HR functions
- General understanding of the enterprise HR functions and operational processes

**Your profile**
- Master's or Bachelor's degree.
- Adaptable team player with strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Results-oriented with a keen analytical mind and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new technologies and self-learn to meet project requirements
- Native speaker in Dutch or French with professional working proficiency in English.
