**Role - What you will do**

The Centre Manager is a key role for Workways and highly visible within the organization.

The Centre Manager is fully responsible for the success of the Centre - both operationally and commercially and the positive dynamic of people all working and sharing the Centre’s life.

You will work in partnership with the Sales leadership, Design & Buildings Teams and Facilities Team, to ensure an excellent member experience is consistently achieved.

You will lead the Centre’s Sales and Business Development

The Centre Manager is accountable for driving sales, retention, and maximum occupancy across the Centre in line with KPI's and targets with the overriding objective of exceeding budgeted revenue and minimizing member turnover.

You will deliver on the business model:

- by commercializing the full product range - private offices, shared spaces, coworking, meeting rooms and value add service lines. You will be constantly working with Product Teams to optimize and monetarize opportunities.
- by undertaking leads generation activities by outbound prospection, directly and via a network of business partnerships
- by successfully converting leads to revenue

You will be responsible for all member viewings across the Centre to drive new business and preparing proposals in conjunction with space planners and client alteration team for any bespoke works.
- manage negotiations and closing of new business contracts, handing over to the appropriate operational team once full compliance checks are completed.
- work in partnership with the Operations team, proactively utilizing your client relationships to support members on their lifecycle journey with us.
- manage commercially driven relationships with 3rd party brokers and agencies, having regular communication and proactively marketing the space within your area.
- maintain and share a constant awareness of competitor markets, products and market events near your area, and create a commercially astute sales strategy based on these findings.

You will manage Centre operations, administration and customer satisfaction:
To be successful, you will take responsibility for the overall quality of experience for clients at the Centre and be the driver of the community of companies and people at the Centre.
- ensure the Centre operates well and manage the daily interactions with various vendors, service providers and internal stakeholders.
- care deeply about getting the details right to deliver a high-quality Centre. From little maintenance bugs and issues to furniture management, coffee and supplies quality, to access admin and all client daily facility points needing resolution.
- take responsibility for contractualization with clients in the Centre and ensure that the details of the financial relationship operate smoothly.
- report on Centre activity on a regular basis to ensure plan execution is being followed successfully. You will be constantly proposing tactical improvements to performance and monitoring, meeting and exceeding KPIs and customer satisfaction.

Who we are looking for

Minimum of 5 years professional sales and business development experience

Commercial skills gained in the commercial real estate, software or similar B2B “as a service” type industry

Strong sales negotiation and contract management skills

Great understanding of how to achieve customer satisfaction and achieving it
- Sector experience - good understanding of broker/agent supplier relationships in real estate or similar activity eg hospitality

Soft skills of good listener, solution maker, measured judgement, dynamic and engaging

Well organized and strong multi-tasker.

Collaborative working skills mindset

Extensive member facing and customer service expertise

Fluent NL/FR/EN essential
