Om de steeds groeiende stroom van containers te verwerken, zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde customer service medewerker. Heb jij al enige ervaring in de containerlogistiek? Wil je aan de slag bij een grote rederij? Neem dan contact met ons op
**Wie ben jij?**:
- Je bent in het bezit van een Bachelor Logistiek Management of hebt al een aantoonbare ervaring in gelijkaardige job
- Je drukt jezelf vlot uit zowel gesproken als geschreven in het Nederlands/Engels. Goede noties Frans en Duits is een pluspunt
- Je kan vlot werken met het Office pakket.
- Je maakt uzelf nieuwe software snel eigen
- Je bent klantvriendelijk en communicatief.
- Je bent stressbestendig en kan tevens zelfstandig scherpe deadlines en prioriteiten stellen indien nodig.
- Je staat open voor nieuwe uitdagingen.
- Je heeft een gedegen productkennis inclusief IMO lading.
- Je bent flexibel en een echte teamplayer
- Je werkt uiterst nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
**Wat ga je doen?**:
- Jouw taak bestaat erin de administratieve afwikkeling van containerboekingen te verzorgen.
- Je staat in voor de correcte verwerking van de gegevens.
- Je zorg voor de volledige opvolging van de boekingen tot de volle aanlevering containers op terminal.
- Je onderhoudt regelmatige contacten intern alsook met de klanten, co-agenten en de rederij.
