**We’re looking for a Junior In-House IT - Recruiter, to reinforce the team in our Brussels office**

You will work alongside the European Recruitment Director as part of a small established team in Brussels supporting our internal Recruitment capability.

Alongside your prime responsibility of sourcing the best talent for Serco you will also be responsible for managing relationships with Stakeholders throughout the business.

Alongside day to day Recruitment activities you’ll help shape future Recruitment Strategy and support in the delivery of our European D&I strategy.

Main Responsibilities
As Junior In-House IT - Recruiter you will be responsible for:

- Conducting Interviews, quality check and creation of final shortlist.
- Managing relationships with external Recruitment partners as necessary.
- Responsibility to present CV’s in correct format.
- Weekly reporting to SDM on statistics and workflow.
- Support to the recruitment team as and when required, general guidance and source of information.

Specific expertise:

- One year of experience working in fast paced/target driven recruitment environment / or perhaps someone from a technical background looking for a new challenge.
- Experience or ambition to Recruit for the European institutions.
- FULL CANDIDATE & CLIENT lifecycle responsibility - INCLUDING PRESENTATION OF OFFER, NEGOTIATION AND CLOSE.
- Experience and/or capability of Recruiting a broad range of IT profiles.
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment, liaising effectively with Serco managers based on-site at locations across Europe.
- Ability to manage a large number of live opportunities at any time.
- Stress resistant.
- I.T. proficiency including MS Office, Outlook. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, Job Boards and Video interview systems would be an asset but training will be provided.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Additional language skills would be an asset.**Important**
