At TML Ghent, we're looking for an Application Support Officer
In this position, you will be part of the team that provides support to colleagues who use our Transport Management System (TAS) on a daily basis.
Your tasks:
- You communicate with the users about functionality and best practices. Occasionally, training is also required.
- You have contact with the makers of the software and work closely with colleagues in the IT team.

Competencies in the job...
- Naturally, it is an advantage if you have experience within the transport and logistics sector, but this is not a must.
- Are you communicative and do you dare to speak French or English now and then?
- Do you like working in a team with a large degree of autonomy?
- Are you analytical and can you set priorities?
- Are you structured, stress resistant and can you switch quickly?
- And above all, do you have the desire to work, learn and grow?
