Als digitale koploper in onze sector werken we volop aan de uitbouw van digitale kanalen en diensten in functie van een optimale klantenbeleving. Om ons Digitale Transformatie Team te versterken zijn we **op zoek naar een Business Application Support**.

**Dit maakt je job zo waardevol**:

- Je werkt samen samen met de Business Application Owners, Customer Journey Owners en andere Business Experten, in een zelforganiserende clusterwerking met een portefeuille van meerdere applicaties.
- Je zet ook zelf ideeën om in praktische verbeteringen voor de businessteams.
- Je vormt hierdoor mee de brug tussen het business landschap en onze ICT afdeling.
- Hiervoor gebruik je diverse software platformen zoals Scriptura Engage, de Mapping Suite (MapReport, MapDraw) op I-Series en Adobe Professional, maar ook een CMS (Magnolia) heeft voor jou geen geheimen.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de ondersteuning van onze klantenapplicaties en bent het aanspreekpunt voor de business.
- Je gaat op zoek naar de kern, analyseert en verwerkt data om tot een gedragen conclusie te komen.
- Je houdt van nieuwe (digitale) uitdagingen en werkt graag zowel gefocust op jezelf, als constructief in een team.

- Je bent een digitale duizendpoot die geen schrik heeft om een nieuwe tool, applicatie, software pakket of oplossing te leren kennen en te gebruiken.
- Je hebt geen schrik voor ICT terminologie en durft zelf op zoek naar info en kennis zodat je een nieuwe applicatie leert kennen en gebruiken.
- Een goede kennis van Microsoft Office is noodzakelijk.
- Je hebt een vlotte pen en zin voor verantwoordelijkheid.
- Je bent stressbestendig en werkt gedreven om je resultaten te behalen.
- Je beschikt over een hoger diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands en het Frans.
