For the Ardena Corporate IT team, we are looking for an **ERP Application Owner**.
**WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON**
**YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- You analyze the requirements and changes request from the business and assist in the process to define priorities.
- You participate in the analysis, implementation and delivery of projects together with the Business Application manager and the IT Project Manager.
- You deliver all testing evidence and documentation to ensure all requirements with regards to computerized system validation (CSV) are met.
- You manage the day-to-day support (incidents, change requests, problems) to ensure a fast, efficient and customer focused service.
- You document common procedures or maintenance activities in order to keep our first line support (service desk) up to date.
- You develop training/learning and reporting material and give in-house training to the end users.
- You are responsible for the user maintenance, access control management and periodic review of authorizations.
- You keep yourself up to date with the latest developments and insights.
- You will report to the Business Application Manager.
- You will closely work together with cross departmental key-users in the business (Finance, Materials Management, Purchasing) as well as with the other Application Owners in the Business Solutions team.
**YOUR PROFILE LOOKS LIKE/ RESEMBLES**
- You have 5 years of experience with MS Dynamics Navision, preferably within the life science or chemical industry.
- You are familiar with the Validation of Systems in the life science industry.
- You feel comfortable in a dynamic and changing environment, working at the intersection of technology and business.
- You like to learn and develop yourself.
- You are flexible, a problem solver and a team player.
- You have an analytical mindset and you are stress resistant.
- You have good communication skills and are fluent in English (written as well as spoken), Dutch and Spanish is considered as a plus.
