Als social media specialist bij TUI werk je vanuit een internationaal team en ben je verantwoordelijk voor alle wervingscampagnes van TUI Benelux. Je lokale expertise en uitvoering, gecombineerd met internationale samenwerking zorgt voor een super uitdagende en dynamische rol.
In deze onmisbare rol maak je veel impact, door het beste talent aan te trekken voor TUI.
OVER DE FUNCTIE
Samen met het Talent Acquisition Team werk je aan het opstellen van social media strategieën en -plannen die het employer brand van TUI uitdraagt.
Je draagt direct bij aan het wervingsresultaat van de Talent Acquisition Specialisten.
Je gaat aan de slag met het creëren, plannen en beheren van content op diverse social media platforms.
Resultanten van campagnes breng je in kaart en rapporteer je aan het Talent Acquisition Team.
Samen met de social media en online events manager werk je een content kalender uit.
Je zorgt ervoor dat alle social media kanalen voorzien zijn van up-to-date informatie en ben je altijd op zoek naar nieuwe manieren of platformen om onze doelgroep te bereiken.
In deze rol word je onderdeel van het internationale implementatie projectteam die zich bezighoudt met de Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
OVER JOU
Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke rol;
Je bent gedreven, vasthoudend, proactief en je kunt goed met deadlines werken;
Je bent communicatief vaardig, werkt graag samen in een team en bent goed in stakeholdermanagement;
Je bent creatief, innovatief, hebt een oog voor detail en doelgroepgericht;
Je hebt ervaring met bewerkingssoftware zoals Photoshop, Canva etc.
Je hebt een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal. Zowel in woord als geschrift. Kennis van de Franse taal is een pre.
