**As a Media Manager, you help determine the most appropriate online and offline media strategy. You are also responsible for the implementation and follow-up of the chosen media campaigns, in line with the media strategy. This includes the following**:
- You make choices in online and offline media and determine budgets. You focus on the paid digital and social media strategies.
- You work together with agencies to set up both digital and non-digital media plans, in line with predefined campaign objectives.
- You follow up on campaign results and make adjustments when necessary.
- You follow up with media agencies to ensure that we get the most out of our investments and that the set deliverables are met (e.g. spot list, mid-reporting, landscape presentation,...).
- You work closely with colleagues within marketing and establish a strong partnership with media agencies.
- You report to the Head of Customer Conquest.
**Profile**
- You have several years of experience in managing media campaigns and working with media agencies.
- Knowledge of the Belgian media landscape, incl. social media and digital media
- Project management skills
- Budget management
- Negotiation and clear instructions are key.
- You strive for deadlines.
- Good knowledge of Dutch, French and English
- You have attention for details.
- You actively follow the trends in the sector.
