**The Role**:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our Onboarding team within the Customer Success Department. As an **Onboarding Manager**, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the first value to our customers by understanding their needs, aligning them with Rydoo’s capabilities, and creating value early in the customer journey.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the primary point of contact for new customers, ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding transition onto the Rydoo platform.
- Assist customers with setting up and configuring their accounts, including roles, permissions, and integrations to meet their business requirements.
- Deliver product training sessions to educate administrators on platform features, functionalities, and best practices for optimal usage.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive onboarding documentation, tutorials, and knowledge base articles to support self-service and empower customers to onboard independently.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and other teams within CSM to ensure a seamless and optimal customer journey.
- Set the foundation for a strong, long-lasting relationship with clients.
**Requirements**:
- **Customer Focus**: Demonstrated ability to solve complex business challenges while prioritizing the customer experience.
- **Communication**: Native/ Fluent spoken and written command of **French and English**. Proficiency in German or Dutch is a significant plus.
- **Results-Driven**: A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a “whatever-it-takes” attitude.
- **Team Player**: Compassionate, selfless, and committed to contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- **Prior experience**: 1 - 2 years experience in onboarding, customer success or relationship management is highly desirable.
