Als externe IT partner voor KMO's zijn wij op zoek naar een First Line Support die het eerste aanspreekpunt is voor onze klanten. Je begeleidt de klant telefonisch bij het oplossen van het probleem via remote support, en je verwerkt de tickets die binnenkomen via ons ticketing systeem. Je pakt vragen op een pro actieve manier aan, en je werkt samen met de systeembeheerders om voor elke vraag een gericht antwoord te bieden. Je biedt ondersteuning bij de installatie van nieuwe (virtuele) serveromgevingen en de monitoring van het datacenter.
Kortom, een erg gevarieerde job met ongelofelijke uitdagingen en heel wat doorgroeimogelijkheden.
Naast het werken, hechten we ook veel belang aan de groepssfeer. Op heel regelmatige basis organiseren we teamevents. Meer hierover kan je altijd terugvinden op onze facebook pagina.

**Wie zoeken wij voor de rol van First Line Support ?**
✔ Je hebt een eerste werkervaring binnen IT achter de rug.
✔ Goede kennis van Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 pakketten.
✔ Je bent heel klantgericht, voor jou komt de klant steeds op de eerste plaats.
✔ Je slaagt er in om de documentatie van onze klanten steeds up to date te houden.
✔ Je bent in staat om snel nieuwe kennis op te nemen en te verwerken.
✔ Je beschikt over een zeer goede kennis Nederlands en je kan je klanten ook in het Engels te woord staan.
✔ Aangezien een goede werksfeer zeer belangrijk is kunnen de collega's op jou rekenen, en ben je er graag bij om ook plezier te maken met je collega's.
✔ Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
