Business Development Manager

**Role Responsibilities**
- Identify potential clients and develop strategic sales plans to expand our customer base in the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the existing team to understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their logistics requirements effectively.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, keeping our services competitive in the industry.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospects and clients.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Monitor market developments and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
**Role Requirements**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, particularly in air and ocean freight services.
- Proven track record in business development and sales within the logistics industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- A customer-centric approach and the drive to deliver exceptional service.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
