Our client, an international company active in the beauty and wellness industry, is currently looking for a dynamic **master data specialist**.
Function:
As **Product Master Data Specialist**, you will act as a **business partner to various departments** (EMEA and local teams) and **assume responsibility** for the correct flow of Product and Customer Master Data to SAP.
**Tasks**:
- Partner with Product Marketing and Business Marketing on **Price settings**, as part of normal business as well as with promotions and special events;
- Support the Finance Director in the **decision-making proces**s relating to price setting and achieving sustainable / required margins
- Perform the **necessary accuracy and compliance checks** on Product & Customer Master Data elements and translate those into SAP transactions for EMEA
- Make sure that the **to-be-documented-content** is provided and approved by the right people in the organization
- Closely coordinate with Corporate Master Data Team the **setup of new products**:
- Update and maintain **submission forms** required for EMEA product setups
- Support Sales, Marketing, the Market and FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) team with a price database for the Sales estimate and Margin Contribution calculation.
- ** Constantly improve processes**, controls, documentation
- ** Train all personnel** who produce, change or request Product & Customer Master Data elements
- Assist or coordinate **ad-hoc projects** as identified
**Qualifications**:
- You have (preferably) a **bachelor's degree** or equal by experience;
- You have a **very good knowledge of English**, both written and verbal;
- Any one other European language is considered a plus
- You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially of **Excel**;
- You already have a first experience with **SAP or any other ERP system**;
- First experience in **process improvement**, mapping and/or project management is a plus.

- You possess **strong organizational and coordinating skills** combined with strong analytical skills;
- You have an **eye for detail** and can handle a sudden increase in workload;
- You are able to **investigate and resolve problems** and keep confidentiality.
