**Wat houdt deze vacature in?**:
Welke cijfers zijn de grootste _drivers_ van onze bedrijfsresultaten? Hoe gebruik je cijfers om goede management-beslissingen te nemen?** In dit traineeship krijg je een breed beeld van de veelheid aan financiële data binnen KBC Group **en hoe we daarmee adviezen onderbouwen. Je doet bovendien waardevolle** praktische ervaring** op.
Een duidelijk, transparant zicht op onze cijfers is niet alleen belangrijk voor onze aandeelhouders en het management, maar ook voor onze medewerkers en klanten. Het helpt hen om goede beslissingen te nemen. Dat is waar jij mee je schouders onder zet
In dit traineeship werk je samen met je collega’s in België én de lokale finance-afdelingen van onze buitenlandse entiteiten. Je bent ook in nauw contact met de afdelingen Risk en Group Reporting.
In een periode van** 12 maanden** leer je de **3 verschillende afdelingen** van KBC Group Finance kennen.

- gaan we samen op zoek naar de ideale job voor jou binnen één van de afdelingen van Group Finance.
**Wat verwachten we van jou?**:
- Je werkt in** Brussel, Leuven of Gent**. Je ziet je collega’s in actie en kan meteen toepassen wat je van hen leert.
- In 3 van deze afdelingen ga je aan de slag, telkens na een korte opleiding en onder **begeleiding **van een ervaren collega:
- In het **Competentiecentrum IFRS** leer je de theorie van IFRS-boekhoud
- en waarderingsregels om te zetten naar concrete adviezen voor tal van activiteiten binnen KBC Group.
- In de afdeling** Group Controlling** leer je hoe de cijfers van de lokale KBC- entiteiten worden geconsolideerd om tot een groepsresultaat te komen. En hoe dat ook leidt tot rapporteringen voor de ECB en de Nationale Bank van België.
- Bij** Management Reporting** krijg je een overzicht van de interne rapporteringsvereisten.
- De collega’s van **Capital Management** leren je de_ ins_ en _outs_ van de kapitaalvereisten waaraan KBC Group moet voldoen.
- Op basis van alle beschikbare cijfers worden in de afdeling** Insights, Forecasting en Innovation** de juiste management-beslissingen voorbereid.
- In de afdeling** Tax** krijg je een overzicht van de fiscale principes en de toepassing ervan, zowel voor KBC als entiteit als voor onze klanten.
- Om het extra interessant te maken, krijg je ook de kans om bij te dragen tot **projecten**.
**Jouw troeven?**:
- Je studeert in 2024 af als Master. Of je hebt een masterdiploma en **niet meer dan 2 jaar werkervaring**.
- De financiële sector spreekt je aan. Je kijkt ernaar uit om je kennis over finance, accounting en/of tax verder uit te diepen.
- Je communiceert sterk in het Nederlands en het** Engels**. Zo lukt het je om mensen te overtuigen en in beweging te brengen. Complexe materie helder en gestructureerd weergeven? Voor jou geen probleem, ook niet als er een strakke deadline is.
- Nieuwe opdrachten en leerkansen grijp je met beide handen. Altijd met een **pragmatische aanpak**.
- **Samenwerken** vanop afstand met digitale tools, gedreven voor je doel gaan, processen omdenken, mensen op sleeptouw nemen,Dat zie je helemaal zitten.

- Heb je ons overtuigd? Dan volgt een kennismakingsgesprek met je KBC-mentor. In dat gesprek ontdekken we samen of jij dé geknipte kandidaat bent voor dit traineeship.
