***:
The Destination Services Assistant (Associate) is responsible for all administrative activities supporting the team of consultants and the director in order to provide the optimal customer client, and supplier partner experience.
**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Collaborate with the Destination Service teams in delivering the services outlined in the client’s policy documents
- Have general knowledge of Consultant’s assigned clients’ programs
- Respond to general inquiries from assignees when Consultant is not available
- Prepares area information and settling in services documents
- Audits assignees files for completeness prior to closing
- Deliver a highly positive experience to the assignee and client company, as well as supplier partners and internal stakeholders throughout the relocation process
- Maintain high standards and ensure compliance with KPI’s
- Any additional assignments, activities, and/or projects as requested by the Consultant or Altair management
**EDUCATION**:
Must be fluent in Dutch, French, and English (both written and verbal)
**TRAINING and EXPERIENCE**:
- Minimum 1 year office
- based experience required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external clients
- Strong ability to work with people from a diverse background and origin
- Mature, self-sufficient, diplomatic, logical
- Positive, self-motivated, resilient, very pro-active
- Experienced at problem solving and alleviating concerns
- Ability to perform responsibilities in Dutch, French, and English
- Able to confidently communicate/interface at multiple levels across the Company, and with assignees, clients, and service partners at all levels
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Calm under pressure
- Deadline and time sensitive
