**About the role**

The training coordinator will work out the training landscape in the EDC, ensuring that the necessary training requirements are put into place & documented, will act as the local process coordinator and can also function as a back-up of the resource coordinator.

**Main responsibilities will include**:
The training coordinator will work out the landscape for training in EDC Temse, which includes:

- Creation of training materials
- Organise training for the Temse EDC staff
- Follow-up 2-yearly retraining plan
- Document and safeguard training registrations
- Set-up C2C: roles, curricula,
- Support supervisors in coordinating C2C set-up, efficiency checks etc new people, people changed in function, people returning from long term absence (quizzes, job observationsfollow-up)

You will:

- Support to provide training evidence when requested (eg in terms of audit)
- Provide metrics on a monthly basis to the staff
- Follow-up global C2C calls

**About you**

Asides a Bachelor degree you bring a first relevant working experience in a coordinating role, preferably in a Learning & Development environment.

You can communicate fluently in English, proficiency in Dutch
