**About the role**
- **As a member of the EDC Operations Support Team you will **play a key role in facilitating the day-to-day business of the inbound organization. You will take this opportunity to push yourself to the next step in your career.
**Main responsibilities will include**:
- Support the different departments within the EDC inbound team
- Execution of daily operational activities related to transfer management inter DC
- Run and follow up daily metrics / reports
- Take actions to improve receiving accuracy
- Ensure a balanced workload on the floor through proper planning of shipments
- Maintain and optimize the inhouse-built Access-tools
- Act on Voice of Customer, QA issues and, follow up of errors
- Provide training for warehouse staff when necessary
- Optimizing the stock balance across the different locations within the EDC
- Master data management
- Participate in overall DC projects
**About you**
- You have a Bachelor, or gained enough relevant experience to match this
- You have a first experience in a logistics environment
- You have analytical skills
- You are able to communicate in a clear way and make things happen together with your colleagues
- You don’t want to be pinned to only 1 assignmentmultitasking gives you energy
- You have a profound knowledge of Excel, Access and Power BI
- You are PC-savy and not afraid to deep dive into databases, SQL and Visual Basic
