**International Logistics Warehouse Operations Team Lead (Belgium)**

As a Team Leader (night shift) you are responsible for ensuring the operational processing of incoming and/or outgoing flows of goods by efficiently managing the team's activities and employees. You coordinate the resources with the order planning to guarantee effective and continuous work completion. You coordinate activities with fellow Team Leaders from your own DC. You take care of starting and shutting down the warehouse, draw up leave arrangements, request temporary staff and coordinate with other teams in case of capacity challenges. You oversee the planning and execution of order lines, intervene if necessary, and keep customs informed when shipments start.

**Experience and Qualifications**: Experience as a team leader and the ability to work independently. Required knowledge includes quality systems, PC skills, safety knowledge, functional knowledge of inbound and outbound goods flows, and general business and management techniques. Language knowledge in Dutch and English required for communication within the professional domain and beyond. You are results-oriented, organizationally strong, and can communicate and collaborate well within a dynamic logistics environment.

Functieomschrijving: Als Teamleider (nachtdienst) ben je verantwoordelijk voor de operationele verwerking van inkomende en/of uitgaande goederenstromen door de activiteiten en medewerkers van het team efficiënt aan te sturen. Je stemt de middelen af op de orderplanning om een effectieve en continue uitvoering van de werkzaamheden te garanderen. Je stemt activiteiten af met collega Teamleiders vanuit je eigen DC. Je zorgt voor het opstarten en afsluiten van het magazijn, stelt verlofregelingen op, vraagt tijdelijk personeel aan en stemt af met andere teams bij capaciteitsproblemen. Je houdt toezicht op de planning en uitvoering van orderregels, grijpt in indien nodig en houdt de douane op de hoogte wanneer zendingen starten.

Ervaring en kwalificaties: Ervaring als teamleider en het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken. Vereiste kennis omvat kwaliteitssystemen, pc-vaardigheden, veiligheidskennis, functionele kennis van inkomende en uitgaande goederenstromen en algemene bedrijfs
- en managementtechnieken. Taalkennis Nederlands en Engels vereist voor communicatie binnen het professionele domein en daarbuiten. Je bent resultaatgericht, organisatorisch sterk en kunt goed communiceren en samenwerken binnen een dynamische logistieke omgeving.

Pay: €1.00 - €2.00 per year
