**Job Description**:
**Position Summary**

As a Team Leader (night shift) you will be responsible for ensuring the operational processing of incoming and/or outgoing goods flows by efficiently managing the activities and employees of the team. You align resources with order planning to ensure effective and continuous work completion. You coordinate activities with fellow Team Leaders in their own DC. You take care of warehouse start-up and shutdown, make leave arrangements, request temporary staff, and coordinate with other teams in case of capacity challenges. You oversee the planning and execution of order lines, intervene when necessary, and keep customs informed when shipments start up.
- You lead the team towards common goals and provide development, guidance, feedback, and facilities to employees to achieve optimal performance.
- You are responsible for the recruitment, training, mentoring, and evaluation of employees.
- You respond alertly to incidents, implement interventions, delegate and coordinate larger interventions, and ensure good communication within the team and with other parties.
- The first point of contact in case calamities are noticed by control systems ( e.g. intrusion detection,...) during the nightshift.

In addition, you participate in projects, implement and follow up on quality standards, ensure security and safety, and promote effectiveness, innovation, and result orientation within the team. You have an eye for talent management, can cope well with unclear situations, and show flexibility and team spirit.

**Qualifications**:
**Your Profile**
- Experience as a team leader and the ability to work independently.
- Required knowledge includes quality systems, PC skills, safety knowledge, functional knowledge of inbound and outbound goods flows, and general business and management techniques.
- Language skills in Dutch and English required for communication within the field and beyond.
- You are results-oriented, organizationally strong, and can communicate and cooperate well within a dynamic logistics environment.
