We are currently hiring an EDC outbound Warehouse Planning Team Lead. He/she is responsible, together with the Warehouse Planning team, for the daily management of EDC outbound workload: guarantee on-time shipping of goods to our customers in combination with optimized operations productivity.

All of this with a data-driven approach in close cooperation with both internal and external stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Execute and report**:Make sure all critical roles are filled daily (holiday planning), and fill in operationally when and where needed (approx. 50% of the available time). Act as first person of contact in case of operational issues. Report to management on a daily basis workload status of the EDC.
- ** Manage**:attract, enable, include, coach, empower and develop team members.

- ** Cooperate**:create a partnership with all stakeholders involved in the e2e order fulfillment process.

**Knowledge / Experience**:

- **Distribution center operations**:demontrable experience in planning or operational role in a distribution center. Knowledge of WMS systems (e.g. Manhattan).
- ** International Transportation**:knowledge on international procedures and documentation (customs, INCO terms).
- ** PC and systems**:advanced user of Windows office (Excel, Access, Power BI,...)
- ** Languages**:fluent in Dutch and English.
- ** People Management skills**:

- ** Communicator**:ability to facilitate both bottom up and top-down communication

**Practical**:

- The team operates in a two-shift system (06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00), so you should be open to work in this system for about 50% of the time.
