**We zijn op zoek naar een First Line Support Manager**

Kom dan bij ons werken op de afdeling Product IT Support als First Line Support Manager.
**Beschrijving**
Als Manager van het First Line Support team, stuur je het team aan dat het aanspreekpunt is voor interne en externe klanten voor vragen en problemen met betrekking tot ons payroll systeem. Dit team fungeert als ambassadeurs voor ons merk.
**In deze context, zul je**:

- Zorgen voor het beheer van het team, zowel wat betreft de organisatie van de taken als de ontwikkeling van de vaardigheden van de teamleden
- Optimaal beheren en bewaken van het ticketingproces
- Informatie en oplossingen op een correcte en optimale manier aan klanten overbrengen
- Analyseren van tickets om incidenten en verbeterpunten te identificeren en deze door te geven aan de juiste personen

**Jouw profiel**:

- Je hebt een Bachelor of Master diploma en/of gelijkwaardige ervaring
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van onze payroll engine en je bent vertrouwd met de technische kant van payroll
- Je hebt zeer goede mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden
- Je hebt een eerste ervaring in people management of beschikt over goede vaardigheden op het gebied van werkorganisatie, besluitvorming, proactiviteit.
- Je hebt een passie voor de ontwikkeling van je vaardigheden en die van je collega's.
- Je bent zeer gemotiveerd, dynamisch, een change agent en hebt een sterke teamgeest
- Je spreekt vloeiend Frans of Nederlands en hebt een goed niveau in de andere taal.
