**Your new role**
- Lead and co-develop the IT strategy for the On-Site Support (OSS) team.
- Supervise and coordinate a team of On-Site End-User Support Analysts (4 direct reports).
- Provide technical support to sites in Brussels and Rotselaar.
**Your profile**
- Experienced people manager with a track record of coaching and motivating team members.
- 5+ years of experience in On-Site IT Support or a relevant IT Support Management role.
- Fluent in English (written & verbal); knowledge of Dutch and French is a plus.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and preferably experience with Agile working.
- Knowledge of Windows 10-11, Microsoft O365, MS Groups, iOS devices, IT security principles, and basic networking is desirable.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to create clear documentation.
