Functie: Business Product Owner/Analist

Functie

Als Business Domeinverantwoordelijke/Analist vorm je de brug tussen de business en de IT development teams waarbij je:
- De business behoeften verzamelt bij de interne en externe klanten.
- Onderhoud van de relatie met internationale klanten en partners in het kader van de definitie en de onderlinge afstemming van behoeften.
- Volgen van de marktontwikkelingen op het vakgebied om snel in te kunnen spelen op trends en innovaties.
- Ondersteunen van de business architect in het opstellen van de architectuur roadmap.
- Adviseren van besluitvormers op (business) functioneel niveau.

De business analyse verder uitwerkt in een functionele analyse die conform is met de referentie architectuur en die als input dient voor het Agile development process.

Hierbij:

- Stel je user stories op.
- Beschrijf je de wijzigingen aan de subsystemen en componenten die nodig zijn om de user stories te realiseren en schat daarbij de ontwikkelingstijden in. Bij de uitwerking volg je de trein en IT standaarden en best practices en hou je rekening met trends en innovaties in de trein en retail wereld. Een data driven aanpak waarbij de oplossing door configuratie kan worden aangepast aan verschillende business cases heeft hierbij steeds de voorkeur.
- Schrijf je nieuwe specificatiedocumenten of pas je bestaande aan (bv. Logisch Data Model, Protocol Definities, Component Afhankelijkheden, State Diagram, Sequence Diagram, Data Mapping).
- Werk je samen met de testspecialisten om functionele test scenario’s te definiëren.

Bij deze activiteiten is het mogelijk dat de Business Domeinverantwoordelijke/Analist, al dan niet samen met collega’s, aan een specifiek business domein of capability wordt toegewezen om op die manier de expertise te maximaliseren.

Als Business Domeinverantwoordelijke/Analist komt je in een team terecht dat valt onder de Senior Product Owner. Onze klant maakt op dit ogenblik een transitie naar een nieuwe organisatiestructuur door die beter aansluit op haar nieuwe missie en strategie.

Profiel- Werkervaring:
- Ervaring in functionele analyse, incl. het verzamelen en vertalen van business behoeften.- Ervaring met Agile (SAFe) en met de rol van Product Owner.- Minimaal drie jaar relevante werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie.- Omgaan met verschillende culturen in internationale samenwerking.- Afgerond hoger onderwijs (bij voorkeur richting met IT inslag).- Kennis van verschillende analyse methodes.- Kennis van modeleringsmethodes (UML, ERD, XML).- Kennis van de internationale treinwereld, luchtvaart wereld, Global Distribution Systems en reisagenten is een belangrijk pluspunt.- Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels is vereist.- Kennis van Frans en Duits is een pluspunt.- Zelfstandig en ondernemend- Analytisch- Gestructureerd- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en kunnen beïnvloeden- Klantgericht- Eigenaarschap en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel- Kwaliteitsgericht- Flexibel om te werken op meerdere locaties in de week + occasioneel internationaal te reizen (indien mogelijk)
