**Description**

Als Manager van het Team Pensioenfondsen ben je verantwoordelijk voor het toezicht houden op de pensioenfondsen die pensioen-, overlijdens
- en invaliditeitsuitkeringen verstrekken aan het personeel van onze klant. Je rapporteert direct aan het hoofd van HR en geeft leiding aan een team van ongeveer 5 personen, waarbij je hun groei en ontwikkeling bevordert.

Jouw dagelijkse taken omvatten:

- Toezicht houden op het dagelijkse beheer van beide pensioenfondsen van onze klant.
- Dit omvat het superviseren van het dagelijkse pensioenbeheer en het nauwkeurig en tijdig uitvoeren van de administratie van beide OFP's (datamanagement, berekeningen, betalingen, boekhouding,...).
- Het beheer van beleggingen monitoren en de prestaties en waarde van de portefeuilles evalueren.
- Verifiëren van de verplichtingen van het pensioenregeling en het beheer van het financieringsniveau van de technische voorzieningen, en voorbereiden van passende interne en officiële verslagen.
- Garanderen dat de aanvullende pensioenregelingen effectief zijn en voldoen aan de relevante regelgeving van de Belgische (FSMA) en Europese (EIOPA) toezichthouders.
- Onderhouden en bijwerken van officiële pensioendocumenten en -beleid.
- Voorbereiden en leiden van de managementorganen van beide fondsen (Raad van Bestuur, Algemene Vergadering, operationele commissies). Controleren van de verslaglegging, jaarverslagen en financiële rapporten.
- Coördineren en stimuleren van communicatie tussen belangrijke controlefuncties (interne auditor, risicomanager, compliance officer, actuaris, FG). Eerste aanspreekpunt voor de controleautoriteit.
- Onderhouden van relaties en contracten met externe dienstverleners.
- Zorgen voor duidelijke communicatie met werkgevers, aangeslotenen en andere belanghebbenden (vakbonden, FSMA,...).
- Beheer van projecten zoals ALM-studies, wettelijke veranderingen, enquêtes, IT-systeemupdates...
- Innovatie door het ontwikkelen van geoptimaliseerde of nieuwe tools, processen en procedures.
- Leiding geven aan en de vaardigheden van het pensioenteam ontwikkelen.

**Profile**
- Als Manager bij onze klant zorg je ervoor dat je altijd een stap voor bent en vol frisse ideeën zit in een snel veranderende en complexe omgeving.
- Je bent van nature een samenwerkingsgericht persoon die luistert en investeert in anderen om gemeenschappelijke doelen te bereiken.
- Je daagt graag de status quo uit en staat te popelen om creatieve oplossingen voor problemen voor te stellen.
- Je hebt bijvoorkeur een masterdiploma in Rechten, Economie of Actuariële Wetenschappen.
- Aantoonbare ervaring in pensioenfondsen & management is vereist.
- Je hebt bewezen vaardigheden in het beheren van belanghebbenden.
- Uitstekende schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands of het Frans & Engels zijn van groot belang.
- Vaardigheden in project
- en verandermanagement zijn essentieel om een strategie om te zetten in een tastbaar leveringsplan dat leidt tot impactvolle resultaten.
- Je staat open voor nieuwe technologieën en digitale tools en kunt ze effectief implementeren.
- Je bent in staat om te functioneren in een internationale context.
- Je hebt affiniteit met cijfers en data, en begrijpt hoe data-analyse en rapportage bijdragen aan het ontwikkelen van betere oplossingen voor medewerkers.
- Je kunt een breed netwerk van productieve en sterke werkrelaties opbouwen en opbouwend invloed uitoefenen op alle niveaus van de organisatie.
