Fluxys is een internationale energieinfrastructuurgroep met 1.300 personeelsleden actief in gasvervoer en -opslag en terminalling van vloeibaar aardgas.
Als purpose-gedreven bedrijf engageren we ons om snel te schakelen naar een koolstofneutrale wereld. We verkennen nieuwe technologieën en we investeren in infrastructuur om waterstof, biomethaan, CO2 en andere moleculen voor een klimaatneutrale toekomst te vervoeren.
Het departement Corporate**bereidt Fluxys voor op de toekomst en vergroot de waarde van de groep door commerciële capaciteit uit te bouwen en te versterken in strategisch belangrijke gebieden. Het team werkt samen over verschillende bedrijven en functies heen, voornamelijk in België, Frankrijk, Zwitserland, Duitsland en het Verenigd Koninkrijk, om initiatieven in te voeren die de waarde voor de klant verhogen en zaken minder complex maken. Hierbij integreert het de plaatselijke en wereldwijde commerciële activiteiten, bevordert het de samenwerking om bestaande sterktes te benutten en gebruikt het gegevensgestuurde inzichten om de commerciële strategie van de groep te sturen.
Voor het departement**Corporate Commercial**op onze kantoren in Brussel zijn we op zoek naar een **Corporate Commercial Coordinator**(m/v/x).
De Corporate Commercial Coordinator rapporteert aan de Corporate Commercial Manager en speelt een sleutelrol in de ondersteuning van de commerciële strategie en activiteiten, groepsbrede bedrijfsprocessen en marktinzichten. Als onderdeel van een klein team met een breed toepassingsgebied helpt de Corporate Commercial Coordinator ook bij het verbeteren van samenwerkingstools.
Een typische werkweek bestaat uit het organiseren van transversale commerciële gesprekken, het opvolgen van werkpakketten van projecten, het testen van digitale oplossingen, het delen van beste praktijken en marktinzichten in de hele groep op zowel lokaal als internationaal niveau en het voorbereiden van interne en externe evenementen.
- Je werkt mee aan initiatieven en projecten van Corporate Commercial
- Je coördineert de projectvooruitgang: mijlpalen en prestaties van het project controleren, opvolgen en meedelen
- Je staat in voor het professioneel en efficiënt organiseren en uitvoeren van groepsevenementen
- Je bevordert communicatie: overleggen met verschillende beheersstructuren binnen de organisatie om besluitvormingsprocessen te ondersteunen. Je waarborgt een vlotte doorstroming van informatie tussen departementen en bedrijfseenheden
- Je ziet toe op de administratie van processen binnen je toepassingsgebied en waarborgt de doeltreffendheid ervan. Je werkt samen met andere departementen om bestaande processen voortdurend te verbeteren en activiteiten te stroomlijnen
- Je werkt flexibel als onderdeel van een klein team in een omgeving met veranderende prioriteiten waar er kort op de bal wordt gespeeld
- Het kantoor is in Brussel en je moet af en toe op zakenreis in Europa
- Je hebt een bachelor
- of masterdiploma
- Je bent in staat transversale projecten te coördineren over departementen en internationale bedrijfseenheden heen
- Je beschikt over uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden in het Engels
- Je hebt ervaring met het coördineren en presenteren van evenementen en het creëren van betrokkenheid hiervoor
- Je bent in staat gegevens te verwerken en te beheren in verschillende systemen (vb. CRM, ERP, enz.) en je beheerst MS Excel, SharePoint en andere toepassingen van MS Office
- Je hebt ervaring met of bent erg geïnteresseerd in het aansturen van de verbetering en harmonisering van bedrijfsprocessen
- Je bent veerkrachtig en lost problemen op met een praktische aanpak en positieve ingesteldheid
- Je bent in staat verschillende perspectieven te verenigen om tot een gemeenschappelijk begrip te komen
- Ervaring in de energiesector is een pluspunt
