Hoe maak jij onze klanten blij ?

De NMBS is de grootste openbare vastgoedeigenaar van België. As Senior Manager Real Estate valoriseer je terreinen en gebouwen van NMBS in Brussel, Vlaanderen en Wallonië. De valorisatie van het NMBS-vastgoed heeft tot doel het station in zijn omgeving te integreren met een mix van functionaliteiten die meer klanten aantrekken naar de trein.

Wat is jouw rol bij NMBS ?
- Je start dossiers op voor aan
- en verkoop, erfpacht en opstalrecht. Je houdt in elk dossier rekening met de wet op de overheidsopdrachten.
- Je onderhandelt met lokale besturen, overheden, stakeholders, experten, projectontwikkelaars en particulieren over de nieuwe invulling van het vastgoed. Je maakt gebruik van je netwerk van contacten en prospecten en bouwt dat verder uit.
- Je leidt en je werkt samen met een team van een 30-tal experten in vastgoed. Samen volgen jullie dossiers op van de fase van prospectie, tot de ontwikkeling en de realisatie in lijn met de vastgoedstrategie van NMBS en de vooropgestelde objectieven.

Waarom is deze job iets voor jou ?
- Je behaalde een masterdiploma (bij voorkeur in vastgoed, economie of ingenieurswetenschappen) en/of hebt ervaring in de vastgoedsector en met Publiek Private Samenwerking (PPS) of Public Private Partnerships (PPP) (+ 5 jaar).
- Je kan plannen lezen en de troeven en beperkingen van een onroerend goed detecteren.
- Je communiceert en netwerkt vlot in het Nederlands en het Frans.
- Je kan verschillende projecten tegelijkertijd opvolgen, met aandacht voor de resultaten en de deadlines.
- Je stelt je diplomatisch op en onderhandelt altijd in het belang van de maatschappij.
- Je bent in staat om te werken in multidisciplinaire teams, die je kan enthousiasmeren en tot resultaten kan brengen. Informatie delen, ideeën sprokkelen en rekening houden met de belangen van alle partijen zijn jouw sterke punten.
- Je bent creatief in het aanbrengen van nieuwe voorstellen en ideeën rond valorisatie

Het is een pluspunt als je kennis hebt van de wet op de overheidsopdrachten, de gewestelijke ruimtelijke ordening en de milieuwetgeving.

Waar ga je werken?

Je zal werken bij de directie Stations. De werkzetel is in Brussel, vlak bij het station Brussel-Zuid. Al ben je dikwijls onderweg naar gebouwen en terreinen van NMBS.
