In order to support our growth, we would like to expand our fast-growing and motivated team with a Senior Sales Manager.
As a Senior Sales Manager you will:
- Develop new prospects, from first initial contact up to deal closing.
- Build & maintain excellent connections with existing clients in our portfolio.
- Cover the full sales cycle independently: from customer contact and discussing customer’s needs to create and present a proposal and last but not least closing deals.
- Report directly to our CEO
- Pledge to be as motivated as the rest of the team to contribute in the growth of Brix Advice.
What are we looking for?
- You have at least 10 years of relevant experience within Sales and an affinity with Supply Chain and Logistics.
- A professional attitude with strong communication skills. Strong presentation skills, but also a great listener to find solutions that fit perfectly to our customer’s needs.
- A willingness to learn and an open mindset
- Comfortable to work in team as well as independently
- An enthusiastic sense for entrepreneurship
- Your native language is Dutch and you have an outstanding knowledge in English and/or French
