**Wat houdt de functie in?**:
Als **Subject matter expert** ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het technisch begeleiden van de technici op het terrein die zich bezighouden met activiteiten binnen de energiesector. Dit omvat onder andere de aanleg van het laagspanningsnet; het aansluiten van klanten op dat laagspanningsnet; het ombouwen van digitale meters voor elektriciteit, gas en water; en het uitvoeren van werkzaamheden aan laadpaal-infrastructuur.
- Je gaat als Field Subject Matter Expert dus dagelijks op pad met onze techniekers om zijn/haar kennisniveau te beoordelen, te bewaken en bij te sturen waar nodig.
- Je staat beginnende technici bij met raad en daad om zowel hun technische als niet-technische kennisniveau te verhogen.
- Je voert tevens controle uit van medewerkers op de werf op juiste kwalificaties én administratieve formaliteiten
- Je volgt escalaties op en lost deze op.
- Je ondersteunt de startup van nieuwe teams.
- Je waakt over de opvolging van de verschillende processen en procedures en gaat proactief op zoek naar verbeteringen in het proces teneinde escalaties te voorkomen. Een solide kennis van materialen is hierbij van essentieel belang.

- Je werkt voornamelijk in de field, inzetbaar voor heel Vlaanderen
- Je werkt in een 40-uren systeem met glijdende uren. Daarnaast heb je boven op je standaard verlof 12 ADV dagen per jaar.

**Wat neem je mee?**:
Als **Subject matter expert** herken je jezelf in het volgende profiel:
- Je hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen en zoekt graag mee naar oplossingen en verbeteringen.
- Je bent sociaal en communicatief zeer sterk in het Nederlands, en spreekt een mondje Engels in functie van aanlegploegen die het Nederlands niet machtig zijn.
- Je vindt het fijn om mensen te ondersteunen en hanteert steeds opbouwende kritiek met als doel het kennisniveau van onze techniekers te verhogen.
- Je bent een teamplayer die initiatief neemt maar kan tevens goed zelfstandig werken.
- Je hebt minimum 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie of domein.
- Je hebt een diploma in de richting elektriciteit of gelijkwaardig door aantoonbare ervaring. Kennis van gas en/of water is een pluspunt.
