**Wat houdt de functie in?**:
Als **Subject matter expert EVC** ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technische support aan onze techniekers in the field. Je bent ook werkzaam in the field wanneer er moeilijkere reparaties plaatsvinden. Met jouw expertise denk je ook mee na over hoe we de trainingen kunnen verbeteren.

Hierbij sta je in voor volgende taken:

- Je bent 2nd-line technical support voor techniekers op afstand of in field.
- Je voert zelf moeilijkere reparaties/escallaties uit en helpt onze trainers vanuit je ervaringen in de field hun cursus te optimaliseren/uit te breiden.
- Je volgt de startende techniekers op in overleg met de Team Coach EVC en geeft hen wanneer nodig wat extra technische ondersteuning.
- Je levert input aan Dispatch indien keuring niet conform om de oplevering van de installatie te realiseren.
- Je staat de Teamcoach EVC en Dispatch bij met technische raad.
- Je waakt over de technische processen en procedures en gaat proactief op zoek naar verbeteringen teneinde onze klanten nog beter te bedienen.
- Wanneer er nieuwe producten uitkomen of producten wijzigen, volg je een cursus bij de leverancier en zet deze cursus om naar een techniekertraining.
- Escalaties los je op door feedback en overleg met de Team Coach EVC of door zelf de handen uit de mouwen te steken.
- Je beheert en controleert de technische informatie op onze Hive en vult deze aan bij wijzigingen of het starten van nieuwe projecten.

- Je komt terecht in een jong dynamisch bedrijf, waar je uitgedaagd zal worden en waar je persoonlijke ontwikkeling hand in hand gaat met het opleveren van een ijzersterke dienstverlening.

- Je werkt voornamelijk vanuit ons kantoor in Mechelen, maar je bent ook te vinden in the field.
- Je werkt in een 40-uren systeem met glijdende uren. Daarnaast heb je boven op je standaard verlof 12 ADV dagen per jaar.

- Je bent sociaal en communicatief zeer sterk in het Nederlands en kan je goed uitdrukken in het Frans
- Je vindt het fijn om mensen te ondersteunen en zorgt steeds opbouwende kritiek met als doel het kennisniveau van onze techniekers te verhogen
- Het AREI heeft geen geheimen meer voor jou
- Je hebt een stevige basiskennis industriële elektriciteit en EVC
- Je bent resultaatgericht
- Je bent een teamplayer die initiatieven neemt maar kan tevens goed zelfstandig werken
- Verandering zit je in het bloed en schrikt je niet af
