Je speelt kort op de bal en communiceert helder
Je stelt een optimale dagplanning op voor de aan jou toegewezen teams/projecten zowel op korte als lange termijn. Je zoekt hierbij naar een evenwicht tussen beschikbare capaciteit, de noden van de dienst en de wensen van de medewerkers. Je zoekt naar externe middelen wanneer interne middelen niet voldoen aan de eisen van de klant.
Je hebt regelmatig contact met de medewerkers, leidinggevenden van de verschillende teams en de collega planners.
Je fungeert als vertrouwenspersoon en bent een aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers die HR-gerelateerde vragen rond planning hebben.
Je analyseert de sterktes en competenties van de medewerkers om een optimale teamsamenstelling te bekomen.
Je geeft advies aan leidinggevenden over een optimale inzet van de medewerkers, rekening houdend met de inhoudelijke en budgettaire context.
Je bewaakt de gemaakte afspraken, communiceert deze en stuurt waar nodig de medewerkers bij.
Je lost problemen en onregelmatigheden met betrekking tot de planning zelf op.
Je werkt met een planningssysteem om een lange en korte termijnplanning te beheren.
Je bent flexibel. Je neemt een deel van de permanentieregeling op. Sporadisch avond
- en/of weekendwerk zijn dus geen probleem.
Je werkt oplossingsgericht met de nodige empathie
Plannen is je tweede natuur. Relevante ervaring en kennis van het productieproces is een pluspunt.
Kennis van werkreglementen en basis van sociale wetgeving is een plus. Als je de kennis niet hebt, zorg je wel dat je snel bent ingewerkt.
Je analytisch vermogen is je sterkste punt en je kan gericht advies geven aan anderen.
Je denkt oplossingsgericht en benadert wijzigende situaties pragmatisch.
Je werkt nauwkeurig, snel en efficiënt. Je plant taken op een logische en efficiënte manier en respecteert hierbij de gestelde prioriteiten.
Je combineert een gezonde dosis daadkracht met de nodige empathie voor je interne klanten.
Je werkt graag in team. Je bent toegankelijk en je communiceert vlot en diplomatisch.
Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en neemt graag initiatief.
Je werkt zelfstandig aan opdrachten en kan autonoom beslissingen nemen.
