**Description**
Gérer les employés, les motiver et maximiser l'efficacité; Donner des lignes directrices, des orientations, des suggestions, des instructions aux employés et/ou à l'équipe concernant les tâches à accomplir et l'amélioration continue du travail ; Exprimer en objectifs mesurables ce qu'il/elle attend de l'employé et/ou de l'équipe; Servir de modèle aux techniciens ; S'approprier l'ensemble du "processus de service" pour les clients et les techniciens du département concerné (du prospect à l'encaissement); Agir en tant que coach ;
- Inciter les nouveaux employés/collègues à trouver eux-mêmes des solutions
- Avoir confiance dans le potentiel et l'autonomie des autres et les aiguiller
- Être capable d'adapter son style de coaching au niveau de développement de ses employés/collègues
- Le coaching et la formation sur le terrain devraient être réalisés lors de visites sur le terrain avec le technicien
- Soutenir la planification, afin de fixer les bonnes priorités, d'accroître l'efficacité et d'assurer un suivi adéquat des activités conformément à la planification
- Approuver la culture du retour d'information en fournissant un retour d'information aux employés de manière continue, notamment en organisant des entretiens d'évaluation annuels ;
Contrôler les coûts et, dans ce cadre, surveiller et rendre compte des indicateurs de performance clés prédéfinis (par exemple, les retours : temps alloué par client) afin de garantir la rentabilité des activités ; Contribuer à la "croissance" et à la "fidélisation" des clients clés/importants (critères à discuter); Assister les ventes dans le cadre du plan de vente et de l'analyse des risques ; Encadrer les techniciens pour créer des pistes et stimuler le sentiment commercial ; Suivi des actions en cours ; Effectuer des contrôles de qualité et des supervisions/inspections, afin de garder la main sur la qualité ; Inspecter l'équipement et veiller au respect des consignes de sécurité,afin d'accroître la sécurité sur le lieu de travail et de réduire les accidents du travail ;
**Votre profil**
Vous habitez dans la région bruxelloise, vous êtes pragmatique et prêt à retrousser vos manches pour soutenir une équipe de techniciens. Vous êtes souvent sur la route avec vos collègues ou chez les clients, où vous veillez à l'efficacité et à la qualité du service rendu. Vous êtes la personne qui résout les problèmes de votre équipe et vous veillez à ce que vos collaborateurs se sentent à l'aise dans leur travail.
