**Over de functie**
Wenneker.BE, Crush en Volstok zijn op zoek naar een gedreven **Business Development Specialist** om onze teams te versterken en de groei van onze drie merken te stimuleren. Met een focus op filmproductie, fotoproductie en branding/animatie speel jij een cruciale rol in het verder versterken van onze positie binnen de audiovisuele industrie én daarbuiten.
In deze strategische rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het identificeren en benutten van nieuwe zakelijke kansen, het opbouwen van waardevolle klantrelaties en het verkennen van nieuwe markten, zoals **Fashion, Food, Consumer Electronics** en **Gaming**.
**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden**
**Marktonderzoek en analyse**:
- Analyseren van markttrends, klantbehoeften en concurrentieactiviteiten om kansen te identificeren.
- Onderzoeken van potentiële industrieën, markten en doelgroepen voor groei.
**Leadgeneratie en acquisitie**:
- Proactief zoeken naar nieuwe businesskansen via prospectie, netwerken en het bijwonen van evenementen.
- Eerste contact leggen met potentiële klanten en het opbouwen van een robuuste salespipeline.
**Strategische samenwerkingen**:
- Opbouwen en onderhouden van strategische partnerships met key stakeholders.
- Onderhandelen over samenwerkingen en partnerschapsovereenkomsten voor maximale waarde.
**Presentaties en voorstellen**:
- Ontwikkelen van overtuigende presentaties en klantvoorstellen die de voordelen van onze diensten onderstrepen.
- Het afstemmen van ons aanbod op de specifieke behoeften van klanten en partners.
**Relatiemanagement**:
- Opbouwen van nieuwe klantrelaties en het onderhouden van sterke banden met bestaande klanten.
- Samenwerken met interne teams om ervoor te zorgen dat projecten aansluiten bij de merkidentiteit en commerciële doelen van elk van onze merken.
**Wie ben jij?**
Jij bent een resultaatgerichte en ondernemende professional met een passie voor de audiovisuele sector. Je hebt ervaring in business development, begrijpt de dynamiek van film, fotografie en animatie, en weet kansen te creëren en te benutten.
**Jouw profiel**:
- 3-5 jaar ervaring in business development, sales of een vergelijkbare rol.
- Aantoonbare successen in het opbouwen en onderhouden van klantrelaties.
- Uitstekende onderhandelings-, communicatie
- en presentatievaardigheden.
- Analytisch sterk en in staat om data te interpreteren en trends te signaleren.
- Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels; Zweeds is een plus.
- Ervaring met video
- en mediaproductie is een grote pré.
- Vaardig met CRM-tools en andere zakelijke software.
