Voor een groeiend bedrijf actief in veevoeders zoeken wij een Business Development Manager (Europe).
Als Business Development Manager, bestaat jouw belangrijkste opdracht uit het adviseren en ondersteunen van distributeurs en eindgebruikers (veevoederindustrie en integraties), binnen Europa en eventueel daarbuiten. Je fungeert in een B2B omgeving waar je verantwoordelijk bent voor het in de markt zetten van een breed gamma aan technologische en innovatieve veevoederadditieven.
Afhankelijk van de behoeften van de regio, ga je samen met onze partners op zoek naar oplossingen en de juiste marketingstrategie.

Takenpakket:
- Adviseren en begeleiden van distributeurs en eindgebruikers, voornamelijk binnen Europa.
- Onderhouden van bestaande relaties op lange termijn.
- Opvolgen van ontwikkelingen en behoeften in jouw markten.
- Uitbouwen van ons netwerk door het vinden van nieuwe partners en opportuniteiten.
- Verantwoordelijk voor de prijszetting en contractnegotiaties.
**Profiel**:
Wie zoeken wij:
- Je beschikt over een Master in (Toegepaste) Bio-ingenieurswetenschappen of Diergeneeskunde.
- Je hebt achtergrond en/of interesse in diervoeding.
- Je hebt mínimaal 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring binnen de sector.
- Je kan wetenschappelijke kennis vertalen naar de praktijk.
- Je bent commercieel, flexibel, zelfstandig en dynamisch.
- Je communiceert vlot en legt makkelijk contact.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van een bijkomende taal, zoals Spaans, Frans of Duits is een plus.
- Je bent bereid om te reizen binnen Europa en eventueel daarbuiten.
- Je kan vlot overweg met basissoftware (Microsoft Office).
