**Mission of the role**:
Build and execute marketing activation strategy to grow medical nutrition market while reinforcing Nutricia’s nr 1 position. Drive transformation towards higher use of digital communication channels.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Build marketing strategy recommendation** based on clear understanding of demand generation building blocks, drivers of endorsement/recommendation, channel choices and profitability drivers
- **Communication & activation strategy development**:develop and execute communication strategy to deliver brands objectives; co develop and co lead with Sales and Medical team relevant customer activation campaigns, adapted to different stakeholders and translated through online and offline channels
- **Innovation strategy (development & deployment)**:Identify relevant growth spaces and uncovered needs, develop, execute and follow-up on inno launch plan
- **Drive excellence in execution** (on brand, on target)
- **Budget management **(brands/ A&P and P&L)
- **People Management**:lead and develop the team of BMs, JBMs and trainees
- **Increase capabilities of marketing team **with focus on MCE capabilities
- **Marketing project management**:direct management of specific key projects for the business
About you
- University degree
- 8+ years in Pharma/ food supplements marketing, with proven experience in managing multiple/ complex brands and teams. FMCG experience is a plus
- Strong business acumen, especially of Pharma/ food supplements market
- Strong MCE experience and proven track record in MCE activation in B2B2C context
- Strong in marketing communication: capable to adapt message between different stakeholders and channels (incl. digital)
- Ability to navigate complexity, ambiguity
- Analytical skills
- Good stakeholder management (across the entire hierarchy)
- Strong drive and focus on results
- Fluent French/Dutch and English, communicative knowledge of Dutch/French
- MS office (strong in Excel and Power Point)
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional project teams and engage cross-functional peers to secure excitement and support
- Relevant experience in leading teams
- A manager that proudly develops talents, does not shy away from identifying problems and leads teams to come up with solutions
