FTI Consulting, a top-tier international advisory firm, is looking to recruit a Director for its People & Transformation team based in Brussels to support the rapid growth of its customer-base across EMEA.

Our People and Transformation practice is an international community of 70 seasoned human capital professionals working across EMEA and USA. We are a friendly, diverse team from all backgrounds and walks of life. What unites us is a passion for helping people, teams and organizations achieve their full potential and delivering the best outcomes for our clients during times of change.

We serve our clients across our six primary offering areas:

- **Change management**: Taking organizations and their people on a journey of change and helping them to transition from a current state to a new state successfully and sustainably.
- **Organizational culture**: Assessing, designing and embedding organizational culture and supporting initiatives that align purpose, strategy, vision, mission, values and behaviors and drive performance and effectiveness.
- **Workforce and HR**: Designing and reshaping organizations to meet the demands of new strategies and ways of working and enabling HR to tackle workforce change and disruption.
- **Leadership excellence**: Enabling leaders to shape vision and purpose, exemplify behavior and articulate success as they lead themselves, their teams and the organization.
- **Learning and capability development**: Delivering the learning environment, content and expertise that enable people to develop the capabilities essential to individual, team and organizational success.
- **Communications and engagement**: From clarity to action and performance: building a compelling narrative, targeted communications and supporting continuous dialog and engagement in support of change initiatives

About the role

In our team you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to change and transformation initiatives in some of the world's greatest organizations. More specifically, your role will include the following tasks:
Client Delivery
- Serve as a day-to-day client contact, managing the overall quality of work and representing the team in client meetings or conference calls
- Develop change management strategies and simultaneously execute programs and tactics to reach relevant stakeholders
- Create client-ready deliverables in an efficient manner
- Manage up and down - often across multiple teams - to ensure work is completed on schedule, at the right levels and in a tightly coordinated manner
- Develop and manage client budgets, as required

Business Development
- Actively participate in new business development, including client proposals, thought leadership and other initiatives
- Establish and maintain solid relationships with clients as well as within the FTI Consulting network
- Anticipate client needs and concerns and proactively - together with senior leaders - address them with relevant offerings from our FTI portfolio

Practice Leadership
- Contribute to the People & Transformation practice's leadership, including coaching of more junior team members, helping to set SMART goals, providing ongoing feedback and thoughtful formal reviews
- Share and continue to build upon best practices and foster trusted relationships with colleagues across the business
- Participate in dedicated firm initiatives designed to create a strong culture

Important: This is NOT a traditional on-the-road consulting role. Travel is more the exception than the norm.
