**OKay is de buurtsupermarkt waar je snel en makkelijk boodschappen doet en we onze klanten met een glimlach verder helpen. Als team member bij OKay Compact zorg je voor veel taken: rekken aanvullen, kassawerk, de winkel netjes houden, broodjes smeren en koffiekoeken afbakkenHeel gevarieerd dus**
- Elke dag ziet er anders uit bij OKay. Het ene moment beman je de kassa en even later steek je een handje toe in de bakkerij, hou je de winkel netjes of vul je rekken verder aan. Misschien heb je een leuk idee voor een creatieve actie? Gooi het in de groep, eigen initiatief kunnen we altijd appreciëren
- Om onze klanten nog beter te informeren, volg je regelmatig interessante opleidingen. Zo stel je hen meteen op hun gemak. Klanten kunnen altijd op jou rekenen om hun winkelervaring zo vlot mogelijk te laten verlopen. Dat is soms intensief, maar geeft altijd voldoening. Je biedt samen met je collega’s een luisterend oor, maakt een grapje op de werkvloer, het kan allemaal. Kortom, zoveel kwaliteiten onder één petje

**Profiel**:

- **Een goede fysieke conditie - **Je legt behoorlijk wat meters af op een dag en tilt veel dozen en kratten. Een sportieve instelling hoort er gewoon bij.
- **Flexibel -** Je bent op zoek naar een deeltijdse uitdaging van minimum 20u. Je bent ook flexibel qua takenpakket en uurrooster, avond
- en weekendwerk schrikt je niet af.
- **Samenwerken -** Een winkel uitbaten is teamwerk. Jouw talenten passen perfect bij die van je collega's, je kunt steeds op hen rekenen. Dat is trouwens ook goed voor de sfeer.
- **Initiatief nemen -** Naast vaste takenlijsten en procedures krijg je de nodige vrijheid om zelf te bepalen wat moet gebeuren. En dat doe je dan ook gewoon.
