Wij zijn op zoek naar een ervaren en gedreven **Process Manager** o**m structuren aan te brengen over de verschillende adelingen heen.
**Jouw takenpakket**
Als Process Manager speel je een cruciale rol in het **optimaliseren en stroomlijnen van onze bedrijfsprocessen**. J**e bent verantwoordelijk voor het identificeren van verbetermogelijkheden, het implementeren van efficiënte processen en het monitoren van de voortgang.
**Jouw takenpakket**
- **Analyseren en evalueren van bestaande bedrijfsprocessen** om inefficiënties en knelpunten te identificeren.
- Ontwerpen en** implementeren van verbeterde processen** om de operationele efficiëntie te verhogen en kosten te verlagen.
- Coördineren en leiden van **procesverbeteringsinitiatieven **in samenwerking met verschillende afdelingen.
- Opstellen van gedetailleerde procesdocumentatie, inclusief **procesflows**, procedures en werkinstructies.
- **Trainen en coachen** van medewerkers op nieuwe processen en procedures.
- **Monitoren **van de **procesprestaties **en het verzamelen van data om trends en afwijkingen te identificeren.
- Voortdurend zoeken naar mogelijkheden voor procesoptimalisatie en innovatie.
- **Samenwerken **met stakeholders om de implementatie van nieuwe processen te faciliteren.
- **Rapporteren **aan het **management **over de voortgang, resultaten en aanbevelingen.
**Onze ideale kandidaat**
- Minimaal een afgeronde **bacheloropleiding **in een relevante discipline.
- Aantoonbare **ervaring in procesmanagement**, bij voorkeur in een vergelijkbare sector.
- Diepgaande kennis van procesoptimalisatiemethodologieën en tools.
- **Sterke analytische vaardigheden** en het vermogen om complexe problemen op te lossen.
- Uitstekende **projectmanagementvaardigheden** en het vermogen om meerdere projecten tegelijkertijd te beheren.
- Goede** communicatieve vaardigheden** en het vermogen om effectief samen te werken met verschillende belanghebbenden.
- **Resultaatgericht **en in staat om meetbare verbeteringen te realiseren.
- Vloeiende beheersing van de **Nederlandse, Engelse en Franse taal, **zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
