**Business Support Analyst (Commercial Operations)**

**The Role**:
The Business Support Analyst (Commercial Operations), reporting to Zone Director, will work cross functionally to provide support on a broad range of activities

**What you’ll do**:

- Working with the functional managers and team members you will gain a clear understanding of departmental goals and provide data and insights to achieving strategy.
- Collaborating with the sales teams and providing sales reports and ad hoc data requests
- Providing and analyzing data in support of financial and supply chain forecasts
- Provide commentary and insights around any reports generated to allow insightful decision making
- Working with the zone marketing team and providing support with sales leads, data requests and other marketing led tasks
- Analyzing customer data to establish target accounts for the Benelux Tele sales team to pursue
- Support the creation of a business plan for each individual sales area / person, ensuring that we focus on core customers, prospects, and vertical markets.

**What you need to have**:

- Ideally degree educated with 3+ years’ experience in a support role within a global/ multinational business
- Ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload
- Strong interpersonal skills allied to a numerical dexterity.
- English as a strong language skill is mandatory.
