Your Profile:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 1 to 2 years experience in administration and management support
- Highly developed analytical skills, accuracy and reliability
- Communication skills, contact with suppliers, dynamism
- Business understanding and affinity with automotive products is an asset
- A rigorous and self-disciplined person is needed
- Fluent in English

Do you want to take part in the development of the car of tomorrow? The Purchasing team at Toyota Motor Europe is able to offer you this challenge. Located in the heart of Europe our department plays a key strategic role in the development of our future products. As an Engineering Administrator you provide administrative support to the engineering team of purchasing.

**Responsibilities**:

- You are working in the purchasing division, where you will mainly give support to the management and to the engineers with all administrative related activities
- You follow up practical implementation of purchasing decisions through timely and accurate handling of the purchasing procedures and computer systems
- You will follow-up various data based activities (MS Office)
- You process system data input/maintenance requests and visualise the status
- You conduct surveys with our suppliers, collect data & visualise the status/results
- You communicate with responsible members (internal / external) to escalate/remind pending actions
- You organise and follow-up the travel arrangements
- You organise meetings
- You give support on ad-hoc basis projects within the division
